Japanese industrial arts
―We enjoy nature―

  In Japan, scene and various industrial arts indicating special nature view brought up by beauty of the direction of the wind which fade, and go of nature color living and are dressed in daily living environment. We make full use of no glaze and unicolor those days and picture, dyeing and texture, lacquering and lacquer work, metal casting and metal engraving, material including tree bamboo making use of characteristic natural again and develop the superior skill and we take in the natural beauty and describe as form. Japanese industrial arts developed as inherent expression art in line with main title city, times in enjoying nature if we said. It is thing which reflected our view on life which lives in rich nature strictly, and the culture expresses beautiful Japanese tradition.

  Hazan Itaya (Sue), morisankahirome (sen), 髙kyosetsuro and Kazumi Murose (lacquer), Kiyoshi Unno (metal engraving) described phenomenon of nature in own expression. 12s Kyusetsu Miwa and Yasuyoshi Sugiura (Sue), Kyohei Fujita (glass), Kiichiro Masumura, (lacquer) expressed own originality on the succession of nature. Osamu Suzuki and Tozan Miyanaga (Sue), Tsukasa Kofushiwaki (lacquer), Yota Tanabe (bamboo) assumed feelings that they received from phenomenon of nature art object. In addition, Isaburo Kado (lacquer), Kodo Himi and Kenji Suda Thursday, Noboru Fujinuma (bamboo) pursued molding that related poetic sentiment to the beauty of material itself.

  By book exhibition, National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo industrial arts building possesses; close; exhibit main approximately 120 points in modern perfect gem, and introduce by the industrial beauty that Japanese heart to enjoy nature brought about.
