Earthquake disaster reconstruction aid center and museum hold photo exhibition of earthquake disaster photorecording which permanent exhibition is shown in in ria arc Museum in Kesennuma-shi, Miyagi.
Facing proposition to convey serious event called damage caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake and the tsunami generated on March 11, 2011 as cultural memory in history local important history, curator played a key role, and ria arc Museum (Kesennuma-shi) started actual situation record, investigation of disaster damage. In approximately two years of approximately 30,000 points take a picture, and collect approximately 250 points of damaged articles. At this exhibition, we display 39 points from photograph displayed in ria arc Museum permanent exhibition "history of disaster of record and tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake". Photograph is inspired with life by "the talk" written down in caption, and weight of event that occurred is highlighted.
